Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documents, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications
- Minimum education level of High School Diploma or equivalent.
