Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and workspace organization.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
