Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics and delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods across Bali.
- Manage and maintain detailed records of shipments, delivery schedules, and inventory to optimize efficiency.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to resolve any delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor delivery performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards in all logistics activities.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments, update delivery statuses, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special logistics projects, such as large-scale deliveries or seasonal demand fluctuations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving delivery discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving logistical challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and logistics landscape is a plus.
