Responsibility

  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Prepare and organize executive-level documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and government officials on behalf of the CEO, representing the company with integrity.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including expense reporting, invoice processing, and office management as needed.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address them to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with calendar management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the legal, notary, or corporate sector is a significant advantage.
