Responsibility
- Manage the Director's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including Chinese business partners
- Prepare and translate business correspondence, reports, and presentations between English, Indonesian, and Mandarin
- Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain comprehensive filing systems
- Assist in research and data analysis to support business development initiatives
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the Director's office
- Organize corporate events and represent the company at industry functions when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity for international business environments
