Responsibility

  • Manage the Director's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including Chinese business partners
  • Prepare and translate business correspondence, reports, and presentations between English, Indonesian, and Mandarin
  • Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain comprehensive filing systems
  • Assist in research and data analysis to support business development initiatives
  • Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the Director's office
  • Organize corporate events and represent the company at industry functions when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
