In this pivotal role, you will serve as the right hand to senior leadership, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential correspondence with discretion. Responsibility
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, team retreats, and client visits in Bali and beyond.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Assist with basic HR tasks, such as onboarding new hires and managing employee records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience managing international travel arrangements and complex calendars.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and local logistics is advantageous.
