Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records of stock inventory, ensuring timely updates and reconciliation.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of office supplies and materials.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports on stock movements, discrepancies, and usage trends.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with vendors and verifying deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration, inventory management, or a related field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is advantageous.
