Responsibility

  • Manage all aspects of household operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • Supervise and coordinate domestic staff, including drivers, helpers, and other personnel, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Handle personal errands, appointments, and travel arrangements for the family with confidentiality and precision.
  • Oversee household inventory, procurement, and maintenance to ensure a well-organized and efficient living environment.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the family and external service providers (e.g., contractors, cleaners, chefs).
  • Assist with event planning and execution for private gatherings or family functions.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism in all interactions, safeguarding the family’s privacy.
  • Provide administrative support, including correspondence, bill payments, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or Executive Assistant, preferably in a private or high-net-worth setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with household management software or tools is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside standard hours when required.
  • Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate).
