At Citra Warna Abadi, we value precision, accountability, and proactive problem-solving. As our Branch Administrator, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations of the branch, including correspondence, documentation, and office supplies.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including petty cash management, payment processing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, receivables (piutang), and other financial summaries for management review.
- Organize and archive physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with data retention policies.
- Process and input payment data into company systems with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in branch transactions.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for branch operational expenses.
- Provide administrative support to branch managers, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and report compilation.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in administrative, financial, or office management roles, preferably in a branch or retail environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with petty cash management, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
