Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including patient records, invoices, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for medical staff and management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Support the finance team by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Greets and assists visitors, patients, and staff, providing a welcoming and helpful first point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and data protection standards in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive or confidential information.
