Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff and executives.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the workspace is well-stocked and functional.
- Provide general support to team members, including data entry, scheduling, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
