Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, providing high-level administrative and operational support.
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, supply procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
- Monitor office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, executive support, or administrative leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
