Responsibility

  • Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses to emails and calls.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Liaise with external vendors, clients, and partners to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and office management best practices.
  • Familiarity with the garment or manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is preferred.
