As an Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of our executive operations, managing calendars, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless administrative processes. Your expertise in MS Office, MS Dynamics, and CRM systems will be crucial in maintaining efficiency and supporting our sales and administrative functions.

Responsibility
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence, prioritizing and responding to inquiries on behalf of the executive team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client and contact information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office and MS Dynamics.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive team and other departments.
- Assist with sales support tasks, including preparing sales materials and tracking leads.
- Organize and maintain office files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support, including expense reporting, invoice processing, and office supply management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales support is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
