Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in the Bali region.
- Manage and coordinate workforce deployment, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor budget allocations and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional operations with company-wide objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies and business partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in HR or workforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regional business practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as needed.
