Responsibility
- Coordinate and secure permits, licenses, and approvals for telecom infrastructure projects in compliance with local, regional, and national regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison between Tahche, utility providers, government agencies, and third-party stakeholders to facilitate joint-use agreements.
- Conduct site assessments and audits to ensure network installations adhere to safety, zoning, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of permits, agreements, and compliance documentation, ensuring timely renewals and updates.
- Resolve permit-related issues, disputes, or delays by collaborating with legal, engineering, and project management teams.
- Monitor changes in regulatory policies and industry best practices, providing recommendations to optimize compliance processes.
- Prepare and present reports on permit status, compliance risks, and project timelines to senior management.
- Support cross-functional teams in project planning, ensuring permit requirements are integrated into project scopes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Law, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in permits coordination, regulatory compliance, or joint-use management within the telecom, utility, or construction industries.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian telecom regulations, local government permitting processes, and utility coordination.
- Proven ability to negotiate and build relationships with government agencies, utility providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple permits and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with permit management software or databases.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) is required.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
