Responsibility
- Assist the Institution Lead in planning and implementing healthcare facilities development projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and healthcare professionals to ensure project alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and compliance monitoring.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local and international healthcare facility standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and recommendations.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, senior management, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare facilities development or a similar sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare facility regulations, building codes, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or related fields is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required by project needs.
