Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for civil engineering projects.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve cost-related issues.
- Prepare tender documents, bids, and proposals for new projects.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and financial transactions.
- Provide financial and contractual advice to project teams to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Certification in Quantity Surveying or related field is a plus.
