Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures in production machinery, including conveyors, motors, and hydraulic systems.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new mechanical systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance data.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision measurement instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO) and best practices in industrial settings.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
