Responsibility
- Lead all phases of engineering projects from conceptualization through schematic design, development, and final handover
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical supervision during construction phases
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and international engineering standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Provide regular progress reports to management and clients
- Mentor junior engineers and support team professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proven track record in managing engineering projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software
- Experience with sustainable design principles and green building certifications
- Excellent project management skills with PMP certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and remote environments
