Responsibility
- Promote and demonstrate advanced water treatment solutions to potential and existing clients in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular field visits and technical consultations.
- Provide on-site technical support, including system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and training.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with technical and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings based on market feedback and emerging trends.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- Conduct technical presentations and workshops to educate clients on water treatment best practices.
- Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in water treatment, chemical processing, or a similar industry.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical expertise in water treatment systems, including filtration, disinfection, and chemical dosing.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment, with a willingness to travel across Bali.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
