Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Recommend and implement upgrades or modifications to enhance equipment efficiency and longevity.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on equipment usage and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
