Responsibility
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize HVAC systems to ensure climate control meets semiconductor manufacturing requirements.
- Oversee and troubleshoot electrical systems, including power distribution, backup generators, and emergency systems.
- Manage wastewater treatment processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Collaborate with production teams to align facilities operations with manufacturing schedules and demand.
- Implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs and support sustainability initiatives.
- Document and report system performance, anomalies, and corrective actions in compliance with ISO and industry standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades, expansions, or relocations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and wastewater treatment in industrial settings.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and predictive maintenance tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.
- Certifications in OSHA, ISO 14001, or similar safety and environmental standards are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
