Responsibility
- Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects from planning through execution and completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project deliverables
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges
- Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in civil/structural project engineering
- Proven track record of managing infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant engineering software
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus
