Responsibility
- Coordinate and lead technical meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Manage and review project submissions, including drawings, specifications, and compliance documents, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report on site progress, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections and audits, verifying that construction activities meet design and safety specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams, resolving engineering challenges and optimizing construction processes.
- Document and maintain accurate records of site activities, changes, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and permitting processes in Bali is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali as required.
