Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the permit application process for engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and internal teams to secure necessary approvals and licenses.
- Review and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of permit regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and submit permit applications, documentation, and reports in a timely manner.
- Track permit statuses and follow up with relevant authorities to expedite approvals.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address any permit-related issues or delays.
- Maintain organized records of all permit applications, approvals, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in permit coordination, regulatory compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of local and international permit regulations and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with government agencies and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and permit management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with engineering plans and specifications is a plus.
