As part of our OD team, you will bridge the gap between strategic objectives and daily operations. You will play a key role in designing job architectures, conducting comprehensive job analyses, and fostering a culture of high performance. Responsibility

  • Conduct end-to-end job analysis to create accurate job descriptions and competency profiles.
  • Manage the performance management cycle, from goal setting and monitoring to annual evaluations.
  • Support the Organizational Development team in structural planning and headcount optimization projects.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and propose training or restructuring initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the organizational chart, ensuring accurate representation of company hierarchies.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies related to performance appraisal and employee development programs.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights to management for better decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Organization Development, Performance Management, or General HR.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, data visualization).
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with HRIS or performance management software is a strong advantage.
