Responsibility
- Conduct end-to-end job analysis to create accurate job descriptions and competency profiles.
- Manage the performance management cycle, from goal setting and monitoring to annual evaluations.
- Support the Organizational Development team in structural planning and headcount optimization projects.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and propose training or restructuring initiatives.
- Maintain and update the organizational chart, ensuring accurate representation of company hierarchies.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies related to performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights to management for better decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Organization Development, Performance Management, or General HR.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with HRIS or performance management software is a strong advantage.
