Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, corporate regulations, and industry standards.
- Handle legal documentation, permits, and licensing requirements for business operations.
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related challenges and legal risks.
- Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on legal compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and corporate regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) or legal compliance is a plus.
