Responsibility
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and others to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives, including copy, visuals, and videos tailored to target audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad variations, landing pages, and audience segments to identify top-performing combinations.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in managing ads on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for crafting compelling ad copy.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, UX best practices, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
