Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans to drive client retention and revenue growth for exhibitions and events.
  • Lead end-to-end project coordination, from concept development to execution, ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, logistics) to create innovative and tailored solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the MICE industry.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to secure new business and upsell existing clients.
  • Manage client budgets, timelines, and expectations while maintaining profitability and service excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Monitor project performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or project coordination within the exhibitions, events, or MICE industry.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the events industry with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
