As a Marketing Support Administrator, you’ll work closely with marketing managers, creative teams, and external partners to streamline workflows, track project timelines, and maintain accurate documentation. Responsibility

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage and organize marketing assets, including digital files, images, and promotional materials, for easy access and retrieval.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, providing regular updates to the marketing team for optimization.
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing presentations, proposals, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and contact lists to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a marketing support, administrative, or coordination role, preferably within a marketing or communications environment.
