Responsibility
- Develop and execute branding strategies to enhance the visibility and recognition of Orang Tua Group’s products in Bali’s competitive market.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, including in-store activations, digital marketing, and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with retail partners, distributors, and local businesses to expand product distribution and ensure optimal shelf presence.
- Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, influencers, and local communities.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of branding and promotional efforts, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of branding and sales strategies.
- Represent Orang Tua Group at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to strengthen brand presence and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in branding, sales, or marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing branding and promotional campaigns, with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
