Join Angkas, Southeast Asia’s leading ride-hailing and logistics innovator, as a Field Marketing Specialist in beautiful Bali! In this dynamic role, you’ll drive growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding merchant and institutional partners for our cutting-edge ride-hailing and Padala (parcel delivery) services. You’ll be the face of Angkas on the ground, designing and executing high-impact marketing activations to boost brand visibility, acquire new users, and expand our partner network across Bali’s vibrant communities.

Responsibility
- Partner Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard merchant and institutional partners (e.g., hotels, restaurants, retail stores) for Angkas ride-hailing and Padala services.
- On-Ground Activations: Plan and execute marketing events, promotions, and roadshows to drive user adoption and partner engagement.
- Local Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research and identify growth opportunities in Bali’s transportation and logistics sectors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and digital marketing teams to align field efforts with broader campaigns.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (e.g., partner sign-ups, activation rates, revenue growth) and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for Angkas, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive brand experience for partners and users.
- Content Creation: Develop localized marketing materials (flyers, social media content, presentations) tailored to Bali’s audience.
- Feedback Loop: Gather insights from partners and users to refine service offerings and marketing approaches.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in field marketing, business development, or partnerships (ride-hailing, logistics, or FMCG industries preferred).
- Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with businesses and stakeholders.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics, culture, and business landscape is a plus.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets) to track campaign performance.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across Bali (own transportation is advantageous).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, social media platforms, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Attitude: Self-starter with a hustler mentality, adaptable to changing priorities in a startup environment.
