Responsibility
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and customer acquisition across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee).
- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate, SEO-friendly descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
- Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, AOV, bounce rates) and use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and influencer partnerships.
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
- Implement UX/UI best practices to enhance the online shopping experience and reduce cart abandonment.
- Build and maintain relationships with payment gateways, shipping providers, and other e-commerce vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the retail or gift industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic industry.
