As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition in Bali’s key markets.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., ROI, engagement rates, conversion rates) to refine strategies and report insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in Bali’s tourism and lifestyle sectors.
  • Oversee budget planning and allocation for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact spending.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers, and media outlets to amplify brand reach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management, including digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
