Responsibility
- Design and implement performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Develop and refine organizational structures to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Lead talent development programs, including training, mentorship, and career pathing initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance through coaching and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all performance-related processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, HR business partnering, or talent development.
- Proven expertise in designing KPIs, performance appraisal systems, and organizational structures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the beauty, retail, or luxury industry is a plus.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
