Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia or the Philippines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
