In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our HR processes, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. Youâll work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, streamline recruitment processes, and create a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, youâll lead initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, drive diversity and inclusion, and implement best practices in HR policies and compliance.

Location: Remote (Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, Bali, Indonesia)
Responsibility
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop job descriptions, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, boost morale, and improve retention rates.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance reviews, to drive employee development and productivity.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs to ensure alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions, while promoting a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in talent management and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and HR analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
