Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR processes, benefits, and company policies.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to HR projects, such as process improvements, system upgrades, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Experience working in a multicultural or global HR environment is a plus.
