Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates for critical roles.
- Organize and execute employee engagement programs, onboarding initiatives, and company-wide events.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless talent acquisition operations.
- Support the development of employer branding initiatives to enhance Micron’s reputation as a top employer.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all hiring and people programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or HR programs.
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes and candidate pipelines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia (preferred).
