Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance.
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and company culture.
- Coordinate with regional and HQ teams to ensure alignment on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Assist in recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Organize and facilitate training and development initiatives to upskill employees and support career growth.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement scores) to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, employee engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience in the sports, retail, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information with integrity.
