Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and local labor laws in Indonesia.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various hotel departments.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness in the Bali hospitality market.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and performance counseling.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and optimize workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for people development and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
