Responsibility
- Provide first-line HR administrative support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, orientation materials, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate and administer HR programs such as leave management, benefits enrollment, and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, providing guidance to employees and managers as needed.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing HR-related challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
