Responsibility
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinate general services including mail distribution, facility maintenance, and vendor relations.
- Assist in organizing and executing foundation events, meetings, and community outreach programs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation with high accuracy.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting for foundation-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedural standards.
- Provide logistical support for staff travel, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, general services, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with non-profit or foundation operations is a plus.
