Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnostics, treatment, and preventive care.
- Conduct regular health check-ups, vaccinations, and developmental screenings for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate parents and guardians on child health, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions with evidence-based medical practices.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to promote child wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric medicine through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (S.Ked) and specialization in Pediatrics (Sp.A) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a pediatrician in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in pediatrics, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Commitment to ethical medical practices and patient confidentiality.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to assigned locations in Bali.
