Responsibility
- Provide professional pediatric nursing care to children in home settings, including health monitoring, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each child’s medical, developmental, and emotional needs.
- Educate parents and caregivers on child health best practices, including nutrition, hygiene, and developmental milestones.
- Conduct regular health assessments (e.g., growth tracking, vaccination schedules, and early disease detection).
- Collaborate with pediatricians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic child development.
- Maintain detailed medical records and progress reports for each child under your care.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to families, particularly for first-time parents or those with special-needs children.
- Ensure a safe, sanitized, and child-friendly environment in all homecare settings.
Qualifications
- Certified midwife (Bidan) or pediatric nurse with a valid Indonesian nursing license (STR).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric care, neonatal nursing, or home healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of child development stages, common pediatric illnesses, and first aid/CPR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with children and parents.
- Ability to work independently in home settings while adhering to medical protocols.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred for expat families in Bali).
- Compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach to care.
- Willingness to travel within Bali’s key areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
