Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for healthcare professionals on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Shimadzu medical equipment.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to the specific needs of hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers across Bali.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment into healthcare workflows.
- Provide on-site and remote support to end-users, addressing technical queries and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical technology and industry best practices to enhance training materials and methodologies.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and validation of new equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, equipment performance, and user feedback for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and master new medical technologies and equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Ability to travel frequently across Bali to conduct on-site training and support sessions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to addressing technical challenges.
