Responsibility
- Conduct microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards in quality control processes.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Document and report test findings, deviations, and corrective actions in accordance with company SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in internal and external audits to uphold quality assurance standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in microbiological testing.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in microbiological techniques, including sterility testing, microbial identification, and environmental monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
