Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide personalized patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to review and verify prescriptions for safety and appropriateness.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring drug supplies.
- Offer expert advice on over-the-counter products and wellness recommendations to customers.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Participate in health promotion initiatives, such as vaccination programs or public health campaigns.
- Stay current with pharmaceutical advancements, new medications, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active Pharmacist License in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proven experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and basic computer applications.
