Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Design and implement effective physiotherapy programs tailored to individual patient needs, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic patient care.
- Utilize advanced physiotherapy equipment and techniques to enhance patient recovery and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, with a strong background in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports physiotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
